Ear Lobe Surgery
Natural shape.
Balanced proportions
Earlobe surgery can address a variety of concerns involving the size, shape, and integrity of the earlobes. Torn or stretched earlobes from earrings or trauma can be carefully repaired, while enlarged earlobes—whether naturally occurring, age-related, or resulting from large-gauge piercings—can be reduced and reshaped to restore a more natural proportion and contour.
Most earlobe procedures are performed comfortably in the office under local anesthesia and typically require only a short recovery. More extensive deformities, particularly those caused by large-gauge piercings, may occasionally require a staged approach. Re-piercing or creation of a new piercing can often be performed at the time of surgery when appropriate.
