Lip Lift

Lip lift surgery is designed to enhance the shape, position, and proportions of the lips without adding artificial volume. A traditional upper lip lift shortens the distance between the nose and upper lip, increasing upper tooth show, gently everting the lip, and enhancing the natural definition of the Cupid’s bow. For patients with downturned corners of the mouth, a corner lip lift can subtly elevate the outer edges of the lips to create a more balanced and pleasant resting expression.

Each procedure is customized to the patient’s anatomy and goals and may be performed alone or in combination. Incisions are carefully positioned within the natural contours beneath the nose for an upper lip lift or along the borders of the mouth for a corner lip lift, with particular attention to creating natural proportions and minimizing visible scarring.
