Customized Ear Pinning (Otoplasty) Surgery

Natural shape.
Balanced proportions

Otoplasty, commonly known as ear pinning surgery, is designed to improve the shape, position, and proportion of prominent ears. By reshaping and repositioning the underlying ear cartilage, the ears can be brought closer to the head while preserving their natural contours and avoiding an overly “pinned back” appearance.

Surgery is customized to each patient’s individual anatomy and may involve reshaping the cartilage, creating or enhancing natural ear folds, reducing excessive cartilage, or a combination of techniques. Incisions are typically concealed behind the ears, where resulting scars are generally well hidden.
